I love feel-good foods! Foods that are good for us, and good to us. But I think that foods can be 'good for us' in more ways than one. I feel so good after a morning green juice, but triple chocolate chip cookies are sure to put a smile on my face too! I believe that we shouldn't deprive ourselves of foods that we crave (but keep treat them like treats), and if we can healthify those treats, then even better.
