Packed with probiotics and prebiotics, this smoothie is gut healthy and a great way to start the day.

Ingredients
200ml milk of choice
100g frozen banana
2 pitted dates
2tbsp probiotic yoghurt
1tbsp peanut butter
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
