Like Butter Wouldn't Melt
Spiced Chocolate Orange Porridge (no added sugar)
Serves 1
This porridge is healthy and packed with fibre, but still feels like an indulgent treat in the morning!

Ingredients
30g rolled oats
300ml milk of choice (I like oat)
1/2tsp cinnamon
1tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp raw cacao
Toppings
1 large orange
1 square dark chocolate (80% cocoa solids, sugar free)
Pomegranate seeds (optional)
Method
1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a small saucepan.
2. Stir in the milk and cook on a low-medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Add more milk to your preference.
3. Pour into a bowl and top with orange slices, chocolate and pomegranate seeds.
