Like Butter Wouldn't Melt
Healthy Raspberry Lemonade (sugar free)
Serves 2
This takes less than 5 minutes to whip up and is so refreshing and delicious! The honey is soothing on a sore throat, but if you want to make it vegan you can always use maple syrup.

Ingredients
Juice of 4 Lemons
100g Fresh Raspberries
50g Honey (or maple syrup)
600ml Filtered Water (I use Phox Water)
Garnish
Ice
Lemon slices
Raspberries
Mint
Method
1. Blend all main ingredients until smooth.
2. Strain into serving jug.
3. Serve over ice, with a lemon half moon slice, some raspberries and a sprig of mint.
