Supergreen Juice

Serves 2

I love to drink green juice in the morning before breakfast. It is super energising and a fantastic way to pack in lots of extra greens to your diet.


Ingredients


1 handful kale

1 handful spinach

1 lime (peeled)

1 inch piece ginger

1/2 cucumber

3 celery sticks

2 granny smith apples

Bunch fresh mint


Method


Wash and chop the veg.

Juice all the ingredients.

Serve over ice. You can store in the fridge for about 24 hours (I'd make a new batch every 2 days).
