This is by far my favourite granola recipe. Super simple, barely any prep time and SO yummy! A smoothie bowl topped with this granola is an absolute winner.
250g rolled oats
150g pecans, chopped
150g mixed seeds
120ml maple syrup
60ml coconut oil (melted)
1. Preheat the oven to 120C.
2. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Mix all the ingredients well and spread evenly onto the tray.
4. Bake for 65 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes (check regularly towards the end of cooking to ensure it doesn't burn).
